Belfast Hospital School

	Luke Year 10, on home tuition, gets a taste for art in the 20th century. His favourite artist is Van Gogh, painted in the style of pop artist Andy Warhol!
This is Ruth at home in her ‘classroom’. As you can see I put various items on the wall to help her i.e 100 square, days of the week, months of the year, a weather chart etc. The paper chain on the side of the door records for Ruth all the reading books she has completed, one loop represents one book.
	Ruth was amazed to see the "face" of the mummy during a school trip to the Ulster Museum!
Kieran's Photo Story Here are pictures showing some experiences of Kieran, one of our pupils from the pod. Kieran is working hard at all his learning activities while he is on dialysis. Kieran was a bit disappointed when he had to miss a fun park trip with his class. However, this was all forgotten when he and his hospital teacher, Lorraine McCarroll, went to Neverland Adventure Park. He was so excited and had a wonderful time. His mummy enjoyed it too!
